Create your open play
Select Create Open Play. Your last venue, Now and Classic are already picked, so set your court count and select Create Open Play again. The session opens as a draft, ready for players.
Check players in
In the Roster, paste your player list or add players one by one, then select Check in for everyone who is ready to play. Walk-ins join any time with + Add Player.
Start open play
Select Start Open Play. IKOT keeps Up Next filled with the players who have waited longest. When a court is free and the players are there, select Start Game.
Tap the winner
When a game ends, tap Team 1 Wins or Team 2 Wins. The court is free again, the players go back in line and Up Next is ready to start. Scores are optional.
Share the live board
Open Share for a QR code or link. Players see the courts, Up Next and the waiting line on their phones with no app or account. Find me pins their own spot.
Questions
Do players need an app or an account?
No. Players scan the QR code or open the link in any browser. Only the organizer signs in.
Can players arrive late or take a break?
Yes. Add late arrivals with + Add Player and check them in. Select Hold when a player takes a break, and Resume when they are back.
Do I have to enter scores?
No. Classic open play records the winning side only. Turn on Record scores in Session Settings if you want numeric scores.
How many courts can one open play run?
From 1 to 32 courts, all sharing one fair line.
